CR999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to CR999. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and CR999 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using any part of the CR999 website, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

CR999 is an online sports betting and casino platform operated exclusively for users in Pakistan. All transactions on CR999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform covers cricket betting, PSL markets, football betting, live casino games, card games and a full slots library.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not register an account or use any CR999 services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To create a CR999 account and use any CR999 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CR999 strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan and accessing CR999 from within Pakistan or from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by your local laws.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee of CR999 or an immediate family member of a CR999 employee.
• You must not be listed on any exclusion register or have previously self-excluded from CR999 during an active exclusion period.

Each individual is permitted to hold one CR999 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. CR999 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close them without notice, forfeiting any balance held across those accounts.

When registering your CR999 account you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting CR999 support.

You are solely responsible for the security of your CR999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. CR999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or phone call. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CR999 support immediately so we can secure your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your CR999 account and do not reuse it elsewhere.
• Log out of CR999 on any shared or public device after each session.
• Report any suspicious activity on your CR999 account to support@cr999.click without delay.
• CR999 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable password security.

All CR999 account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required or applied. CR999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Pakistani users:

• Easypaisa – Minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit to CR999 account
• JazzCash – Minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit to CR999 account
• NayaPay – Minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit to CR999 account
• SadaPay – Minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit to CR999 account
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – Minimum deposit Rs 500, credited within 1–2 working hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit cards – Minimum deposit Rs 500, processed in PKR

The minimum withdrawal amount from a CR999 account is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–15 minutes under normal circumstances. IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same banking day if submitted before 3 PM. CR999 does not charge any fee on withdrawals.

CR999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. During a review period, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. CR999 will inform you if your account has been placed under review and give you the opportunity to provide any required documentation.

Once a bet has been confirmed on CR999 it cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by the player. Confirmed bets are final. CR999 displays the potential payout clearly on the bet slip before confirmation so please review your stake and selections carefully.

The minimum bet on CR999 sports markets is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market type, sport and competition. CR999 reserves the right to apply individual player bet limits at any time without prior notice in the interest of risk management.

• Pre-match bets are accepted until markets close, which is typically 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the event.
• Live in-play bets on CR999 remain open during the event subject to market availability. CR999 may suspend live markets at any time during play.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error on CR999, bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds may be voided. CR999 will notify affected players and return their stakes.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your CR999 account balance automatically and immediately after settlement.

CR999 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on slots and seasonal promotions for Pakistani players throughout the year. All CR999 bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all CR999 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus balance must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to real withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements on CR999 bonuses must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonus balance and any associated winnings are removed after this period.
• CR999 slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Sports betting markets contribute 20%. Live casino table games contribute 10%. Some game titles may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Only one CR999 bonus may be active on your account at any one time. If you make a deposit while a bonus is active and request a new bonus, the original bonus and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited.
• CR999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse.

CR999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, bonus abuse or exploitation of errors on the platform. Players who engage in any of the following will have their accounts suspended, balances forfeited and, where applicable, referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts or any third-party software to interact with CR999 markets or games.
• Colluding with other players in live card games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a CR999 account.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent bet limits.
• Exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake or system malfunction on CR999 for financial gain.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any involvement in corrupt practices related to events offered on CR999.

CR999 expects all players to treat support staff and fellow players with respect. Abusive, threatening or harassing communication directed at CR999 staff will result in immediate account suspension.

CR999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or at the sole discretion of CR999 management.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, CR999 is entitled to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited. In all other closure scenarios where no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus balance) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 5 working days.

Players who wish to close their own CR999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@cr999.click. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance returned after settlement.

CR999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering a CR999 account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

CR999 uses your personal data to: verify your identity and age, process deposits and withdrawals, provide customer support, comply with anti-money laundering obligations and improve the CR999 platform experience. CR999 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data CR999 holds about you.
• You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data on your CR999 account.
• You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to CR999's legal obligations to retain certain records.

• Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your CR999 account. This cannot be reversed by the player and is effective immediately.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, CR999 cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability and does not accept liability for service outages, technical failures or delays beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CR999's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. CR999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities resulting from betting on CR999.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.
• Third-party actions including bank processing delays outside CR999's direct control.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond CR999's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions or telecommunications failures.

CR999 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, CR999 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at cr999.click/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. By continuing to use CR999 after the effective date of any changes, you confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using CR999 and close your account before the changes take effect. Contact support@cr999.click to initiate account closure and arrange return of your remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CR999 with respect to your use of the platform. Any previous verbal or written representations are superseded by these written terms.
